The Zoi Foundation · 501(c)(3)

The cost of building
a family shouldn't
determine the outcome.

The Zoi Foundation works with fertility clinics to cover treatment costs for patients who need financial support.

About

A personal journey
became a purpose.

The Zoi Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by a couple who went through IVF and wanted to do something for others on the same path. The foundation covers treatment costs for patients in financial need, working directly with partner clinics. All donations go to care.

IVF is expensive — a single cycle can cost $15,000 to $30,000 or more before medications. Insurance coverage is inconsistent, and for many people there is no safety net at all. Cost is one of the most common reasons treatment stops before it has a real chance to succeed.

How It Works

Simple by design.

The model is built to get funding to patients with as little friction as possible. Clinics identify patients in need — the foundation handles the rest.

Fertility clinics interested in partnering are encouraged to get in touch through the contact section below.

01
Clinic Partnership

Partner clinics serve as the entry point. They know their patients and identify those in financial need.

02
Patient Referral

The clinic brings the patient to the foundation's attention. Privacy is maintained throughout.

03
Direct Payment

The foundation pays the clinic directly. The patient doesn't handle funds. Donations go exactly where they're intended.

04
Treatment Begins

The patient starts or continues care, with one less obstacle in the way.
